 Election day is Monday October 22nd, 2018

Vote at Collins Hall on Voting Day - Monday October 22, 2018

10 AM to 8 PM

 In order to facilitate the speedy processing of the electors at the Voting Place, it would be helpful if you had identification in hand (name, address & photo ID such as Driver's Licence).  Some electors may be asked to make a declaration of qualification, to ensure the integrity of the voting, notwithstanding that their name is on the Voter's List.

Although you may apply to have your name added to the Voter's List on Voting Day, you are encouraged to check the list at City Hall to verify your information on the Voter's List.  This could save you inconvenience when voting.

 Please be ready to present ID when applying for an addition or correction to the Voter's List or at the Voting Place.

 Algoma District School Board  - 1 to be elected

 Huron Superior Catholic District School Board - 2 to be elected

 ELECTION DAY  -Collins Hall

                                 - Monday, October 22nd, 2018

                                 - 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

SPECIAL VOTING PLACES WILL BE ESTABLISHED on October 22nd , 2018 for the convenience of those residents only, as follows:

St. Joseph Manor - 70 Spine Rd - 11:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

Huron Lodge - 100 Manitoba Rd - 10:30 A.M.  to 12:00 P.M.

Hillside Park Retirement Res. - 11 Mississauga Ave - 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

Residents of St. Joseph Manor, Huron Lodge and Hillside Park must vote at their Special Voting Place.

Proxy votes for residents of St. Joseph Manor, Huron Lodge, and Hillside Park must be cast at the respective Special Voting Place during the assigned times.

 To avoid any inconvenience please ensure that your name is on the Voter's List.  Revisions may also be made to the Voters List at Collins Hall on voting day, October 22nd, 2018.  Please have ID in hand when you reach your polling station.

 Electors unable to attend  regular voting on October 22nd may vote by proxy.  After July 30th, following Nomination Day, forms for the appointment of a voting proxy will be available at the Office of the City Clerk and may be certified by the City Clerk during normal office hours but no later than 4:30 P.M. October 22nd, 2018.
