Resident of Elliot Lake since 1979.
Formerly employed by Denison Mines ltd. as a welder.
Married with two grown Children Rick Jr and Jennifer Raby with four grand children Makaylah, Taylor, Hannah, and Shia.
Employed by the Office of the Worker Adviser.
City Councillor for the past 7 years, 4 years as Deputy Mayor.

We have come through hard times in the past decade. Our community is on a path to prosperity and growth. Economic development and opportunity will be the hallmarks for the future of Elliot Lake. Expansion of our cottage lot program, tourism initiatives and residential development will lead way. I am exited about the upcoming term as Mayor.
