Elliot Lake is the heart of the North Shore Scenic Snowmobile Tour – Ontario ’s best stay and ride snowmobile destination.  With over 500 kilometres of groomed snowmobile trails within a 50 kilometre radius of the City, Elliot Lake offers the most extensive network of accessible snowmobile trails anywhere.

Five different trails access the City in every direction, so day loops are easy.  Snowmobilers can enjoy over 6 one day loops between 75 and 250 kilometres – barely hitting the same trail twice and rarely being more than 30 kilometres from their room.  To top it off, Elliot Lake has over 1,000 lakes within the City limits that are a great break for fishing, powder riding or simply for sight seeing.

Elliot Lake boasts one of the most connected trail networks in the Province.  All snowmobile friendly businesses including accommodations, food, gas and various snowmobile service centres are connected directly to the trail network.

This is a City of nearly 13,000 and offers services for over 30,000, so riders can expect their time on and off the sleds to be safe and enjoyable.
